Before You Pay

  • Keep your PRN/Enrollment No., Year, Branch, and a working email/phone ready.
  • If you are in EWS/OBC/ECBC with NCL, select the correct option.
  • If your admission type is Against CAP, the fee is fixed at ₹10,404.

Fill Your Details

The form calculates your Base Fee from your inputs (Gender, Category, NCL, Admission Type). For students admitted Against CAP, Base Fee is ₹10,404 for everyone.

Payment & Receipts

  • Collections settle into the official Bank of Maharashtra account of the Principal.
  • You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation after successful payment.
  • For duplicate/failed payments, contact the office with PRN and transaction reference.

Terms & Refund Policy

  • Fees shown are as per institute circular for AY 2025–26.
  • Convenience charges (if any at payment time) are borne by the student and include applicable GST.
  • Fee once paid is non-transferable. Refunds, if applicable as per MSBTE/Institute policy, will be processed back to the original instrument within 7–10 working days.
  • Ensure your inputs (Category, NCL, Admission Type) are correct; misreporting may delay hall-ticket/receipt issuance.
