Purpose: Online payment of admission/tuition-related fees to GPV.
Acceptance — By using this website and paying fees online, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Refund/Return/Shipping policies published here.
Eligibility & Accuracy — You confirm the details submitted (name, enrollment number, category, branch, year, contact) are true and accurate.
Payment — Fees are payable in Indian Rupees through the payment options we enable (e.g., UPI, net banking, cards, Payment Gateway). Convenience charges (if any) shown at checkout are borne by the payer.
Confirmation — A successful transaction generates an on-screen confirmation and/or email/SMS as applicable. Keep the Transaction/UPI Reference Number for records.
Refunds — Refunds, where permitted, follow our Refund Policy and the rules of DTE/AICTE/State Government. Processing timelines are as stated there.
No Return/No Shipping of Goods — We do not sell or ship physical products. Educational services (admission/tuition) are deemed delivered upon payment confirmation. See Return and Shipping pages for compliance language.
Misuse & Prohibited Activity — Any attempt to defraud, submit false documents, or misuse payment facilities may lead to cancellation of admission/benefits, and may attract legal action.
Third-party Services — Payments may be processed by third-party gateways/banks. Their terms and privacy practices apply in addition to ours.
Liability — While we strive for uptime and accuracy, GPV is not liable for banking/network failures, delays, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction — Laws of India; courts at Palghar/Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
